¡¡¡¡Qingdao Coastal University Park lies in the south of Jiaonan city area. The total planning area is 28.3km2 and 23.5km² could be constructed. It has a coastline of 16km long.
¡¡¡¡It fully use scenery and tour resource, natural landscape resource, man-made historical interest, topography and land condition. It overhangs the artistic conception of "ecological, culture and modern man-inhabitation" and the configuration of "mountain and sea".

Program and distribution
¡¡¡The planning of Qingdao Coastal University Park is divided into three parts: " one belt, three lines and five zones". "One belt" refers to the coastal tour belt. "Three lines" refers to around-mountain tour line, central landscape line and costal tour line. "Five zones" refers to higher education and scientific research zone, university resource enjoy-together zone, living and resident zone, coastal central service zone and tour holiday zone.
¡¡¡¡1.Higher education and scientific research zone: Make up by universities, scientific research institute and higher middle school. The total area is 12.09km² (including to sports center 0.59km² ).
¡¡¡¡2.University resource enjoy-together zone: The total area is 1.88km² .
¡¡¡¡3.Coastal central service zone: Made up by finance, business and trade, office business, medical and health. The total area is 1.65km² .
¡¡¡¡4.Living and resident zone: The total area is 2.2km² .
¡¡¡¡5.Tour and holiday zone: Made up by folklore village, ecological holiday village distinctive fishing village and so on. The total area is 5.8km² .

Systematic planning of road and traffic
¡¡¡¡1.The systematic planning of road and traffic has formed a main-road frame of "Three vertical roads and six horizontal roads". "Three vertical roads" refers to coastal tour road, central landscape road and around-mountain tour road. "Six-horizontal roads" refers to six main horizontal roads, which face the sea.
¡¡¡¡2.There must be no less than 30m weight afforest belts on two sides of the main roads, no less than 20m on two sides of the subordinate roads, in which the branch afforest belt of coastal tour road is 50m weight.

¡¡¡¡Take mountain afforest as background, take the coast afforest as tie, in order to build a complete afforest environment system, it emphasizes the frame of "one part, one belt, six lines and several points" and the coastal green belt which has an area of 100mu.

Infrastructure planning
¡¡¡¡1.Water supply: the water is supplied by Jiaonan city water net, two main water pipes are brought into the park.
¡¡¡¡2.Water discharge: rainwater and sewage water are discharged separately, they would be drained away to the sewage treatment plant by the high and low distance and hoisting the electric pump.
¡¡¡¡3.Power supply: According to the planned land target quota, the load of electricity use is8,980,000KW. The power source is planned to remold 35KV.Gaoyu transformer station is 2X50MV and supply with two ways.
¡¡¡¡4.Telecommunication planning: plan to constructed three exits and the exchange capacity of the planned transformer is 17000men.
¡¡¡¡5.Heat supply: The teat source is from Jiaonan city heat supply net.
