Qingdao Langyatai Provincial Resort is located along the southwest coast of Jiaonan city, which is 26km to the west of Qingdao city. It is famous because Qin Emperor has been there for 3 times and was the starting port of Xufu's east voyage. Langyatai is man-made along Langya Mountain with a height of 183.4m. It has a maritime climate and warm-and-wet wind. The annual average temperature is 12℃.It has a pleasant climate of abundant sunshine, warm winter and cool summer. It is a good place for touring and having holiday. 1982, the State Council announced it to be one of important scenic and historical resorts. 2001, the State Tour Bureau judged it to be an AAA-class scenic spot.

　　Dragon Bay beach is on the north of the scenic spot and the beach is 5.6km long. It is famous for its blue waves and golden beach because the water is very clear. Langyatai not only has a long history but also has peculiar natural scene. Because of its special geographical and climatic feature, flying dragon could often be seen in the sky above Langyatai. The billow is like silver dragon rolling on in the waves when the southeast wind is up to 5-class. That is the so-called miraculous "Seeing dragon on Langyatai" and tourists all over the world acclaim it.

　　Langyatai is also the starting port where alchemist Xufu led one thousand boys and girls to Japan across the sea in Qin dynasty.

　　Since 1993, Jiaonan Municipal Government has spent nearly 100 million RMB in rebuilding Langyatai. Many scenes like Langya Culture Exhibition Hall, Xufu Palace, Langya Engraved design, Wangyue Tower have been rebuilt, and attracted lots of tourists. There are more than 500,000people a year come here and most of which are foreigners from Japan and Korea. The tour rate increase by 20% every year and has an optimistic future. 　　1.In the south of the scenic spot along the beach, build the Qin Empery Palace and its suitable projects. The scenic spot centralized shown the culture of Qin& Han dynasty. It reappears the scene of Qinshihuang and Hanwudi's east patrol and performs song and dance. Qin Empery Palace of Qin&Han style was constructed. Large performing square of Qin&Han culture was built at the touring wharf, which lies in the south of Langyatai. The total construction area is 10,000m².
　　2.In the east coast of Langyatai scenic spot, Xufu's east voyage altar and Qin Etiquette Hall were built to show the sacrificial scene of Qin&Han high officials. 80 waxen images were constructed to show the scene. The total construction area is 4,000m².
　　3.In the north of Lanyatai scenic spot, Dragon Bay wharf would be built. The wharf is planned to be 80m long, 30m wide and 6m deep. It could park 500-ton cargo ship and passenger ship.
　　4.In the scenic spot, build Sishizhushenci and infrastructure such as roads. In historical record, Jiangtaigong was conferred in Qi country, 8 gods ancestral halls were built here, in which, and "Sishizhushenci" was on Langyatai. As a result, it became a yearned place for lots of emperies and literary scholars. The total area is 6,000m².
